|The forums have been a bit more active lately and I'm happy to see new faces adding to the ongoing topics in there. To those of you submitting reviews for items, I appreciate it and have finally gotten the backlog queue on those caught up so if you were wondering where your comments are.. if I approved them they are showing now. Thanks for the customer input.
I had an interesting question about the download scene on the internet picking up and that it might negatively affect business and I felt it a good question and my response was such:
The only argument I would provide you is that, I speak for myself, I consider the download market absolutely ESSENTIAL to my business. Now we have a much better informed community that can simply go online.. preview a series, and if they like it they will definitely buy from us. Whereas before it could be a real pain picking anime series cause you might get stuck with something you didn't want and it was playing russian roulette sometimes. But those are my thoughts. I have never not bought something I loved, but I have definitely not bought some things I didnt enjoy after seeing / listening to them online.
I feel that the more informed the community gets on all subjects of anime, manga, movies, background information on series that it can only cause growth never stagnation.
Thanks, as always the customers make the store and the discussion we get in store and on site are almost always excellent.

Mighty little force is needed to control a man whose mind has been hoodwinked, contrariwise, no amount of force can control a free man, a man whose mind is free. No, not the rack, not fission bombs, not anything---you can't conquer a free man; the most you can do is kill him.' - Robert Heinlein ; If This Goes On...
