If you must have Sailor Stars this is the only way you're gonna get it other than fansubs or japanese R2 dvds! This is laser disc sourced and has clean video and sound (stereo), the subs are fansub based and are very good (no "engrish). I'm not gonna go into what SS is about except that it has gender bending, lesbianism, and a lot of other stuff that makes it almost completly different from other SM incarnations-it'd never be shown on Toonami-probally not Adult Swim either-see my other reviews at-deleted-you can probally figure out where!!
