Quick info on the story... Luffy and the crew join in a boating race where anything goes and it's a survival of the fittest. They meet a bounty hunter (who reminds me of Zoro in skill and fighting style) who has a troubled pass and wants revenge on the villain.

The video quality is very nice. One of the nicest I have seen in a One Piece vehicle. The subtitle quality was pretty decent. They got the names right for a change ... kind of. I can think of at least two or more scenes that go like this:

Sanji (looking at Chopper): Chopper!

The subtitle reads: Robin! It's okay as a movie, not one I will look at over and over again. However, I'm not disappointed about in having in my collection either.
