A.D. police is a 12 episode prequel to bubblegum crisis. if your a hardcore BC fan then this is a good anime to add to your collection. The story is your basic police drama but set in a distant future. It is a time before the night sabers are formed so instead of the A.D. police being looked upon as a joke as they were in Bubblegum crisis Tokyo 2040, the agents actually have the talent to get the job done. I enjoyed this series and the only complaint I have is that this series shows its age in the animation department. Other then that this is a value and worth buying.
