This is an excellent movie, definitley worthy of being called one of Mamoru Oshii's best films. Based in Tokyo a group of cops called the mobile police take care of Tokyo's crime. Now that a new system called the HO system is being placed in all of the labors operating systems. Ever since they have been replacing the old systems with the new HO system labors have been going on rampages. So its now up to the mobile police to solve why this is going on. With a great plot that gets you hooked, cool investigations (more a sherlock holmes movie then a mecha) and very cool miltary scenes in the begining and the end it is a definite good buy. Only once my dvd had chinese subtitles pop up in the middle of the movie, but since it is only for one sentence you are able to cope.
